ADDA AD0412HB-G76 1-9/16” sq. X3/8” thk. 12VDC fan rated: 12VDC @ .1A, 13CFM, 30db noise, with stall sensor. 11" leads connected to 3 pin header connector. Round, black anodized crosscut heatsink, clips to Pentium class ICs (approx. 2" sq).
